The barbecue grill is for the use of residents and authorized guests. For the comfort and safety of all, please remember that the Pool Deck is open from 8:00am until 10:00pm daily and is a designated Smoke-Free area. After use, clean the grill surface and once cool, replace the grill cover.

The Dock Usage Policy is designed to protect owners and their guests and provide for peaceful enjoyment of the area.

Elevators

Our building has two elevators: a passenger elevator on the west side of the building, off the lobby, and a freight elevator neat the east stairwell.

We have two parking lots: the Gated Lot on the North side of the building and the South Lot along Sebastian St. Each lot contains numbered spaces.

The City of Fort Lauderdale Ordinance C-95-36 requires apartments and condominiums to contract for on-site recycling containers and services, implement a recycling program, provide access to recycling containers and encourage tenants to recycle.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor common areas on the property of the Springbrook Gardens Condominium.
