Blue Water Hotel
Originally built around 1939 as the Blue Water Hotel.
Fort Lauderdale Beach Hospital
Sometime around the late-1950s, the building was converted to Fort Lauderdale Beach Hospital.
Hospital Expansion
East wing and two-story addition were added to the south side of the hospital.
1970s
The site was reconstructed as a condominium building.
1980s-2013
An iconic building in the Central Beach District.
2014
Exterior building renovation

The building has a fresh restored look.

Our building gets new signage.
