Who We Are
Springbrook Gardens is a seventeen-unit, private residence condominium building in the Central Beach district of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our building is located at the corner of North Birch Rd and Sebastian St, directly on the Intracoastal waterway and only one block from the A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Highway, Fort Lauderdale Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Our main entrance is located on the South side of the building along Sebastian St.
Our Association
Established in 1979, the Springbrook Gardens Condominium Association (Springbrook Gardens, Inc.) is composed of all seventeen unit owners and a five-member sub-set of owners that is elected each year as a board of directors.
Management
Building management and day-to-day operation of the building is handled by MG Management.
