Erected during Fort Lauderdale's mid-century coastal development wave, the structure served as a foundational luxury fixture two blocks from the beach line. Click here to learn about the design style.

We have two parking lots: the Gated Lot on the North side of the building and the South Lot along Sebastian St. Each lot contains numbered spaces.


South Lot

The south lot has numbered spaces that are assigned as follows:

501-509 = These spaces are "first come, first served" for residents, guests and visitors.

Guests and visitors should sign in on the Visitor Log in the lobby (even if not parking a vehicle). Vehicles that are not signed in will be towed at the owner's expense.

Other numbered spaces are for the exclusive use of residents.

Please note: The spaces across Sebastian St on the South side belong to The Pilars Hotel. They are for the exclusive use of registered guests of the hotel. The hotel will tow violators.


North Gated Lot

Numbered spaces are for the exclusive use of owners and residents.


Gate Opener Remotes



Each owner gets one remote for the North Lot Gate. Replacements are US$10.00 each and you can obtain one by completing this form.
